Pack Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and place them securely in the original packaging.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
